Our Story

Flexote was founded by Luis Nava, a transportation and logistics professional with nearly 20 years of industry experience.

 

Luis spent 17 years with Swift Transportation, working across operations, pricing, fleet strategy, equipment management, and asset utilization, most recently serving as Director of Equipment Sales & Asset Utilization. He later moved into transportation-focused investment banking, advising trucking and logistics companies on strategy, valuation, and M&A.

 

After years of seeing how equipment and project delays can happen simply because transportation capacity is unavailable when it’s needed, Luis created Flexote to provide businesses with a more responsive option for urgent deliveries.

 

As an owner-operated company, customers work directly with Luis from initial scheduling through final delivery—bringing experienced transportation management, clear communication, and personal accountability to every move
